We welcome you
to the A.W.C. Inc. website. Alliance Water
Conditioning & Plumbing Inc. offers service in five major areas... Plumbing,
Water Conditioning, Pump & Well Service, Backflow Testing, as well as our
regular monthly salt delivery service. We also have a water vending machine
located at our office in Alliance Ohio, which provides delicious ultra pure
drinking water to residents and businesses in Alliance area and surrounding
communities.

Our Mission
is to serve our customers with honesty and integrity; to provide you
the customer
with high quality service as promptly as is possible. Each member of our
service team is trained in his or her specialized area and also works to
cross train in the other departments. This gives us the flexibility to focus
our service people where the work load is. The end result- your needs are
responded to quickly and efficiently. And after all YOU, the satisfied customer,
are our best advertisement.
Company Profile
Alliance Water Conditioning &
Plumbing Inc. is a family owned and operated business founded in 1973 by
Scott and Mary Duncan. Their philosophy was to provide their customers
with the same high level of service and value that they wanted and
expected for themselves. Now, well over thirty years later, that tradition
continues with eldest son David Duncan at the helm. He and the crew at AWC Inc. strive to provide the same high level of honesty, service,
solid workmanship and value to their customers as they want for their
own families and homes.
And speaking of families, at A.W.C.
Inc. we think of ourselves as one big family. We consider it an honor
and a privilege to have a solid core of both highly skilled veteran
service technicians and responsible young people who are being raised up
in the trades to carry the torch into the next generation and beyond.
Our Qualifications
We maintain our State of Ohio License (#38188)
for Plumbing. We are a State Licensed Private Water Systems
Contractor (which is
required by law to work on water wells and water systems).
We are also long time "members in good standing" of The Water Quality
Association on both the State and National levels. We are Ohio
State Certified in the testing and installation of Backflow Preventers
and hold numerous County and City Master Plumbers Licenses. Many
of these licenses and certifications have annual continuing education
requirements which insure that we are on top of the current state of
technology and all of the latest developments.
